TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PAYING YOUR RETAINER. BY PAYING YOUR RETAINER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ,UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

**PRICING:** All prices may change, including costs for parking tolls, extra travel, and per person charges. Your price will only remain fixed once you have paid the rtainer fee to secure your wedding date.

***BRIDAL PREVIEWS/WEDDING DAY****

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your bridal preview appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

The remaining balance for the bridal preview is due on the day of your appointment.

As your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, the retainer is non-refundable if you cancel or fail to attend your appointment.  If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule may be accommodated at the Artist’s discretion, subject to availability.​​

 

The retainer is not an extra charge. It forms part of the total booking price and is deducted from your final balance.  The retainer compensates the artist for reserving your wedding date and declining other bookings. If you cancel your booking, the retainer is retained to cover loss. ​

After your retainer has been paid, you cannot reduce the services listed on your invoice. Additional services may be added, subject to availability. You remain responsible for the original booking total. Any additional artists booked after your initial invoice will incur seperate charges.

**TRAVEL:**​

When making your enquiry, please let us know if there are a lot of stairs, limited parking, long walking distances from the parking area, difficult venue access, or any other circumstances that may affect setup or timings. This helps ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible.

** EARLY START**

Early start fees apply to bookings requiring a start time before 7:00 am

​

**ON LOCATION**

Once I arrive at your location to commence bridal makeup services, I do not allow time to pack up and relocate my kit to a second location. If you are getting ready in a bridal suite, please ensure you have access to the suite at the scheduled start time, particularly if you are the bride or have a large bridal party and need access well before mid-morning.

**CANCELLATIONS:**

For studio bookings, the retainer is non refundable if the booking is cancelled after payment has been received. 

 

If your wedding is cancelled within 12 weeks of the booked wedding date, the full remaining balance is payable. 

Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. The number of makeup applications cannot be reduced after the retainer has ben paid.

 **ALLERGIES **

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities or relevant medical conditions before their appointment. while every resonable care is taken, Melissa Meyers Makeup Artistry cannot guarantee against any allergic reactions to products used.

**CHILDREN***

Given the space of the studio and insurance reasons, we are sorry but unable to accomodate children in the studio.
