It's so you can stay informed about your booking details.

By paying your deposit, you agree to these terms.

**PRICING:** All prices may change, including costs for parking tolls, extra travel, and per person charges. Your price will only remain fixed once you have paid the booking fee to secure your quote.

**BOOKING FEES:** All booking fees  are non-refundable and non-transferable, whether partial or full. The balance for mobile bookings can be paid prior via bank transfer or the day of services , providing FUNDS CLEAR prior to commencement of services. 

If you choose to pay in full in advance and then cancel, your payment is non-refundable.

 

A booking fee is not an extra cost. It is deducted from the total cost. Booking fees are there to cover for example, you just decide to cancel, during which that time we hold your booking we refuse other work. So if you cancel there is a potential loss in income. Any further questions please inform us during your enquiry.

**INVOICES:** After your booking fee is paid, you cannot reduce the services listed on your invoice. You may add services, but you are responsible for the initial booking fee amount. Any additional artist hired later will incur separate fees.

**TRAVEL:**​

Your travel quote may increase if crucial information is not provided, such as paid parking or difficult access locations. You will be informed & then invoiced for any extra charges after your wedding. Mobile bookings require a minimum of 4 services.

When enquiring about your booking. It is important to give us all the details such as ; are there alot of stairs, is  the location a fair walk from the parking area etc. All these can impact timelines. So please inform us upon enquiring. This ensures your day runs as smoothly as possible.

** EARLY START**

Early start fees apply for bookings before 7am

**ON LOCATION**

Once arrived on location for bridal makeup services, I do not allocate for packing up and relocating my kit (2 locations). If getting ready in a bridal suite, make sure to have the right access time, especially if your makeup for yourself and bridal party is an early start and or you have a large bridal party which then you may need to be in the suite well before mid morning. 

**Melissa also expects to be treated with respect whilst on location and will not stand for any abuse in any way***

**CANCELLATIONS:**Studio bookings which are cancelled after a deposit has been made will result in the loss of your deposit. 

 

If your wedding is cancelled within 12 weeks of date, full payment is required. Changing your wedding date to a time I cannot accommodate will result in the loss of your booking fee .

Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and the number of applications cannot be reduced after the deposit is paid.

 **ALLERGIES:** Melissa Meyers may request information about certain medical conditions, e.g relating to skin,or allergies etc.

We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including allergic reactions or infections.

**CHILDREN***

Given the space of the studio and insurance reasons, we are sorry but unable to accomodate children in the studio.
